रोज़ेसिया चेहरे पर persistent redness, visible blood vessels, और कुछ लोगों में acne जैसे papules और pustules बनाती है। 30-50 उम्र की गोरी women में ज़्यादा common।

पेरीओरल डर्मेटाइटिस मुँह, नाक, और कभी आँखों के आसपास छोटी लाल papules बनाती है। Characteristic: होंठों के बिल्कुल पास की skin बच जाती है। सबसे common कारण है चेहरे पर steroid का improper use। भारत में fairness creams (कई में undisclosed steroids होते हैं) का use बहुत बड़ा कारण है। इलाज: steroid बंद करना और topical metronidazole या erythromycin।
