तिल (melanocytic nevus) skin में melanocytes का cluster होता है। ज़्यादातर लोगों के 10-40 तिल होते हैं, जो आम तौर पर 30 साल से पहले आते हैं। Normal तिल round या oval होता है, smooth border, even color, और 6mm से छोटा।
