क्यूटेनियस हॉर्न compact keratin का skin से बाहर निकला hump है — सचमुच एक छोटे सींग जैसा दिखता है। मुख्य बात है इसकी base में क्या है — लगभग 20% cases में SCC या दूसरा precancerous lesion मिलता है। इसीलिए हर cutaneous horn को निकाल कर histopathology भेजना चाहिए।
