घायल तिल का recovery: Day-by-day guide
तिल पर चोट के बाद सबसे important है healing observe करना। ज़्यादातर cases 2-4 हफ़्तों में पूरी तरह heal हो जाते हैं। यह guide बताती है हर stage पर क्या normal है और कब dermatologist को दिखाएँ।
तुरंत बाद (Day 0)
Firm pressure से bleeding रोकें (10-15 मिनट)। Mild soap और warm पानी से gently wash। Petroleum jelly + bandage। सिक्का/ruler के साथ पहली photo।
Note: Original तिल कैसा था, चोट कैसे लगी, size और color record करें।
Days 1-3: Acute phase
Normal: हल्की redness, छूने पर थोड़ा दर्द, हलकी swelling, scab बनना शुरू। रोज़ bandage बदलें, petroleum jelly फिर से। Clean और moist रखें — जल्दी healing, कम scar।
Warning signs: wound से 1cm+ redness फैले, दर्द बढ़े, yellow-green pus, wound से radiating red lines, बुख़ार। Infection — तुरंत doctor।
Days 3-7: Scab phase
Dark scab बनती और harden होती है। मत खींचें — naturally गिरने दें। खुजली normal है। Petroleum jelly scab dryness और cracking रोकती है।
Day 7 पर दूसरी photo। Day 0 से compare। Scab के नीचे/around तिल same दिखना चाहिए — कोई नया color या original boundary से बाहर growth नहीं।
Weeks 2-4: Healing/regeneration
Scab गिरती है, pink नई skin। तिल temporarily हल्का/flat — normal। छोटा scar रह सकता है।
Week 4 photo, Day 0 और Day 7 से compare: same size? Same shape? Same color? कोई नया feature नहीं? सब हाँ — proper healing।
Months 1-3: Long-term monitoring
कम-से-कम 3 महीने तक monthly photo से compare करते रहें। 3rd month तक तिल pre-injury जैसा दिखना चाहिए। इस period में ABCDE changes (asymmetry, border irregularity, color change, diameter increase, evolution) — dermatologist को दिखाएँ।
पूरी तरह heal होने के बाद भी इस तिल को monthly self-check में include करें।
तिल अलग दिखने में regrow हुआ
अगर injury से तिल partially/completely remove हो जाए और regrow हो, थोड़ा अलग दिख सकता है — recurrent nevus कहते हैं, usually benign। पर अगर darker pigmentation, irregular outline से regrow हो या original boundary से बाहर grow हो — dermatologist evaluation।
Dermoscopy benign regrowth और biopsy-needing changes में distinguish कर सकती है।
